Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Belmont Central / Cragin

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Terrace 16 for our anniversary. Our table by the window had beautiful city views. Service was excellent and food was outstanding. My husband had the Mici and I enjoyed the winter squash risotto. So delicious! We loved the dessert surprise. The hospitality and attention to detail made everything so special. The night was topped off with a fireworks show over the river. So fun! Thanks for making our night memorable ❤️

These guys are truly professionals. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, all of it exceeded expectation. I’m a chef and don’t understand how they execute so well. Amazing people and amazing time. I’ll definitely be back

I cannot count the number of visits we've had to The Girl and the Goat, but it continues to be a favorite for both personal and professional dining. I brought three colleagues, who have never been, to the restaurant for dinner. One diner is vegetarian, but there are menu offerings and options available to provide them with enough to eat. All three were quite impressed with the food. My only complaint would be our table was right next to the kitchen, which can be loud. However, we made due, and had an enjoyable meal. Service is always very good, and the cocktails are fun. If you're interested in dining, make sure you book way ahead, as there is almost no chance to get a table day of.

Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and nicely portioned. The service was attentive and the space is very inviting.

I’ve been wanting to try for months and I’m so mad it took me this long, hide + seek was amazing!!! The French loaf was so fluffy and flavorful and truly tasted like French onion soup in loaf form. The pastas were incredible and the brownie sundae was a great ending. Vibes on point but it’s a bit loud
