Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Midway

Just wonderful!! Whenever we go!

Heirloom is one of my favorite restaurants. I travel to Midway just to go there.

We had a wonderful lunch at Bella Cafe. The wait staff were very patient and didn't rush our group who had a delightful visit. The chicken tenders were enough for two meals and quiet tasty. The Autumn Burrata seemed unbalanced with a good size cheese, but just a tablespoon of fig jam, 2 thin slices of prosciutto and 3 small pieces of bread. The waiter was quick to bring additional bread when asked. The Autumn Butternut Squash soup was delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The service was 100% improved from the last time we dined here. It is an excellent restaurant with quality food.

Best waffle I’ve ever eaten! Best hamburger my husband said he has ever eaten! So we had to swap to sample each other’s meals —and mutually agreed on the superlative award for each!

We all really enjoyed our meal tonight. One note is that the ceilings are high and there were a bunch of kids in the lobby making a lot of noise. Otherwise food was great, service was great, bar was slow.
