As an importer, we’ve spent years forging strong relationships with some Basque producers and have organised many pop-ups to pay homage to their region. These events were always the most popular and fun for us to organise so we’ve decided to make it a regular thing ! We’re now bringing the feel of a bustling San Sebastián local bar to North London.The kitchen is run by Simon Shand, former head chef of now closed Michelin starred Leroy and fellow San Sebastián obsessive.
