Daffodil Mulligan is a wood fire and grill restaurant and late bar on City Road by Chef Richard Corrigan.     Excellent Irish produce, cooked imaginatively with first class technique. We had the taste of Ireland menu, which was well balanced and very well paced. As a lover of seafood the standout course was the crispy oyster with brandade. The Clonakilty black pudding deserves a mention as well, It was wrapped in potato and cooked perfectly. We didn’t have the wine flight but the wines by the glass were excellent. Service was attentive but not intrusive, the sommelier provided just the right amount of guidance and background information on the wines and the wine’s producers.
