The Victor has a relaxed elegance. Table service was attentive, knowledgeable without feeling over serviced. Set menu for circus soleil show had good choices and so scrumptious. The Babaganoush was fantastic but I think pita bread would be a better accompaniment than lavash - it was thin and hard. Best dish was the cauliflower.
