Best Steakhouses in Giffnock

Great meat selection, the Galician beef was definitely the highlight and the reason we booked our dinner there. We opted for 3 starters and a meat cut to share. Croquetas de jamón were just fine ( they tasted more like Manchego cheese rather than ham, too creamy inside but just fine). Pimientos de Padrón were quite good (although a little bit bigger than usual). The not so good bit was the Jamón Ibérico (taste was acceptable but presented the wrong way, not hand sliced in the moment). However, the Galician beef rib was excellent. Ordered medium rare, cooked to perfection, the right touch of salt. Soft; tender; so tasty. Really delicious. It was accompanied with 2 portions of fries and 2 sauces to choose out of 6 (the meat was so good that it needn’t to be spoiled by any sauce so we didn’t even try them). Service was excellent with Gabriel being always ready to assist us, helpful and professional. We will definitely come back for more beef cuts. Nice atmosphere, elegant and quiet.

Amazing night, wonderful food, the Irish water was very attention our only disappointment was we had to wait for one hour for our food after issuing a reminder. Great night.

Food was exceptional. Starters of soup & smoked salmon both delicious followe by perfectly cooked Chateaubriand which was outstanding & sides very tasty too. Not cheap but quaity food & service. Each member of staff was polite, courteous & extremely helpful offering all menus available & explaing how menus worked.

The quality of the food was very good with excellent service. As our group chose to visit because of the excellent Festive Menu, we were disappointed to learn that neither the duck or the seabream were available. This was on the first or second day the menu was available at 1pm so was surprised to discover those dishes were off, hence only 4 stars and not 5. I'm happy to give this restaurant another chance and look forward to visit in the future

Incredible experience at Gaucho Glasgow tonight. A special mention to our server, Mia who was fantastic and a true asset to the team. A big thanks to Beccy for sorting the table for us. As always, it was a great night and even better service. Looking forward to returning.
