I've been a customer for over a decade and I've never had a bad food experience! This was a belated Valentines Day dinner and it didn't disappoint! In their defense the weather had been snowy and it was Valentines Day (though ours was a 5 pm meal). I was ok ordering my 2nd choice, but our neighboring table (tables are quite close so conversations are unavoidably overheard) was very unhappy.
