- JJaniceArgyll •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had lunch with three friends today in Ardnamurchan. Four of us had the venison stew and one had the vegetarian option; stuffed hispi cabbage. Both dishes were excellent and the clean plates said it all. Three of us shared a bottle of Australian Shiraz which was pleasant but not quite as robust as we’d hoped for to complement the venison. Desserts were delicious; cranachan, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate cremeaux and the cheese was enjoyed by one of our friends. As one friend is quite deaf we found the booth we sat in gave us reasonable privacy and he was able to hear the conversation easily. The girls who served us were great; friendly, pleasant and efficient. My husband and I always enjoy meals at Ardnamurchan and were happy to introduce friends to it.More infoArdnamurchanPrice: Moderate• Scottish• Glasgow•4.7

- AArleneGlasgow/Lanarkshire •1 review5.0Dined on 1 Sept 2024Had a lovely day at Sunday brunch for my friends birthday. The food was amazing, the view were lovely and we really enjoyed the buffet style for all courses. We had a 1pm table booked and it was very quiet when we arrived but got busy by the time we left so I'm glad we went at that time. I have a nut allergy so they had a chef come out and go through every dish that did contain nuts (there wasn't many, so that was good) We travelled 1½ hours to get to Turnberry but was definitely worth the road trip.More infoTurnberry Special EventsPrice: Very Expensive• British• Ayr•4.6
