Best Gastro Pubs in Downtown

I went to meet friends... with my toddler! Everyone's needs were met, we parked on the street but some used the valet next door and, reservations were easy.

We’ve eaten here twice- once for dinner and once for brunch. Dinner-the tuna tar tar and mushroom risotto were the best we’ve ever had. Catalina was a great server with excellent recommendations and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Great meal. For brunch we had the short stack & omelette. The food was delicious and our server Alex was great. They had a dj during brunch which made it very hard to have a conversation.

O what fun! Went to Black Friday Brunch to celebrate a belated birthday and belated Friendsgiving! Was not too busy at noon and we were seated immediately. Chose to sit inside as it was still plenty warm out. Interior is dark but soothing with a retro feel given the decor. Huge bar inside, decorated with twinkling lights which made for a festive pre-Christmas feel. Our server was on point, allowing us enough time to peruse the menu, and offering great suggestions. I was conflicted about what to order as a main and his fave on the menu was the avocado toast so I went with that. Oh the flavors! Think avocado toast meets Mexican corn elote and truffle oil! Everything we ate and drank was lovely! Will definitely recommend!

Noise level is low outside not sure about inside but it is cold inside so remember to bring a sweater. The place is great Good food and great prices.
