The latest highlight of my dining experience was undoubtedly the exceptional customer service provided by German. His attentiveness and genuine passion for hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued from the start. He effortlessly guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations that showcased the restaurant's culinary excellence. It was clear that German was not just serving food but creating an experience, and he did so with charm and professionalism. The food like always was exquisite! Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece, crafted with the finest ingredients and bursting with flavor. The presentation was stunning, making each course a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. From the perfectly cooked steak to the delightful sides, every bite was a testament to the culinary expertise at El Novillo. The combination of the delicious food, the attentive service from German, the live music and the warm, inviting atmosphere made this dining experience truly exceptional. Cipriani was great with wine recs and knowledgeable. Our waiter was from Peru and was also on point with the recommendations. We were a large group and all had different cuts of meats. They were all cooked to perfection. The service was amazing and I know they also get their meats from the distributor meat giants and they too are amazing!
