They ran out of the crab cake appetizer but I had the 8oz filet with a 3oz crab cake on top, on a bed of asparagus. The crab cake was a little burned so I asked for a fresh one. They were nice to bring me two more. They were a little overcooked but I did appreciate the gesture. I had 2 old fashioned cocktails. They were OK. I wish they would use top shelf bourbon, but it wasn’t bad. My family and I have food allergies - and my mom is on a very restrictive diet for health reasons. Our server Devon was incredible, so kind and patient and the executive chef Olivia came out and talked to us twice. They were able to custom make something for my mom and even used the oil she had brought with her! Truly a 5 star experience. The food was fabulous as always but the service was TRULY next level. It's also jus such a fun spot - great energy and vibe. Could not recommend more highly. Especially to anyone gluten free - these guys do SO much GF and they do it well! Very special to find so many deep fried delicacies gluten free as well. I've only had delicious food every time - my special faves though are the deviled eggs, parmesan clams and the fish and chips. We ordered the blue crab beignets to start, then enjoyed the Chef special lamb plate and the duck confit. Unfortunately, the duck was a little overcooked for my liking but the flavors were delicious.  The lamb was cooked to perfection.  As a new Tampa native, I was happy to see that there are restaurants that remind me of California the culinary scene. It felt a little like home here and I will definitely be back.
