Best American Restaurants in Bolton

What an incredible night of delicious food, exceptional service and a beautiful restaurant to celebrate Valentine's. Our server, Jose, was one of the best servers we have ever had. He was fun, knowledgeable, always there when we needed him. We ordered the French Onion Soup and the Mixed Salad to start, both were on point. My husband ordered their version of Steak Frites, a chopped ribeye basted in butter and thyme and served with the best frites! I ordered the Sole, deboned table side, it literally melted in my mouth. Dessert was Chocolate Souffle and Cheesecake...both again were made to perfection. We will definetly be back...sooner than later!

We had the best table in the building!!! It was my favorite. Love everything about this place minus the small portions and pricing of certain items. 120$ lobster Mac (I get it, it’s 1.5# lobster which is pricey) and 75$ table side carbonara is plain wild. 110$ filet is literal steak house territory without any details on the filet itself. Dry aged? Wet aged? Sourced from? Anyways it’s amazing food but maybe having waiters go in depth on each of these special meals would help sway consumers.

Great ambience for dinner. We started off with the cocktails. The cocktails were refreshing and balanced. We ordered two salads , center cut filet, pork iberico , and had the butter cake with Baileys ice cream. The Chef De Cuisine came over to our table to gauge how our food was prepared. Canoe never disappoints. Beautiful setting, magnificent food, and outstanding service every time. Our server, Matt, was fantastic, pleasant, humorous, and anticipating our every need with impeccable timing. I was especially impressed with the excellent value of exceptional food in generous servings for a very fair price. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, professional in every way. Again, Canoe never disappoints and I can't wait to return.

Blue Ridge Grill is always amazing. The service is outstanding. The wait staff are usually long-time employees that we see every visit. The food is great. Some of my favorites - beet salad, crab cake (mostly crab without all the filler), tuna tartar, the lobster bisque (only served on weekends), the trout, the corn soufflé. BRG is a perfect example of what fine dining should be.
