Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Puerto Vallarta

We found the lobster to be over-cooked on the outside and under-cooked on the inside. I’m not sure why restaurants don’t boil lobster, but bake it instead. Of course they did not charge us for the lobster, plus they gave us complimentary desserts. We will certainly return again and again. Our favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta!

Michelin star worthy restaurant in the Romantic Zone. The tasting menu is the way to go and don’t pass up the wine pairing. Thoughtful wine selections for each course with an emphasis on biodynamic Mexican wines. Highly recommended.

Our party of three had a memorable dinner. We decided to have the tasting menu. The vegan member of our group was able to have a vegan version of the tasting menu. For all of us, each course was excellent. The wine pairing was also very well matched to the dishes. It was a lovely evening so we asked to be seated outside in the terraced tropical garden which was magical. So, Food: Excellent, Service: Excellent, Atmosphere: Excellent, Noise Level: Quiet, Cost: Very Expensive. Highly recommended.

Best restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. We eat there every year. It’s worth the traffic and time to get there. The food, ambiance, and scenery is superb. Thanks for another great evening.

We came when they first opened some time ago and weren't happy with the pricing. However, they obviously made a huge adjustment, this time, it was awesome! It's such a gorgeous place on the Beach! Sunset there is stunning! Food was delicious!! Good Job Wayne!! Yum!! John and Roy
