Elsa was our server and she helped to make our entire experience memorable. She carefully explained the evening's specials and answered our questions. We started with the calamari. It was a generous portion and quite tasty. However, the real "gem" was the 8 oz filet. We both ordered one and each one was cooked to perfection. While enjoying coffee at the end of the meal we decided to try the mile high chocolate cake. It was outstanding but be warned: the slice is enough for four or five people! If you are looking for a truly relaxing dining experience, then Rosebud Rosetta Italian is your place to go. I have just returned from Italy and I would say this food was very authentic. The calamari was exceptional and I’ve ordered it in a lot of places. I loved the ambiance and appreciated the quietness of the restaurant especially given that so many places thrive on a high noise level. I had the 203tini (espresso martini) and it was so espresso and chocolate heavy- in a good way. Our server was pleasant. The restaurant was very quiet and intimate.
