Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Merrion Square

I am going to this restaurant since 2009 every birthday. It’s the best. I love everything about it. The little details. The staff, the atmosphere and mostly the food. For a special occasion you will never be disappointed. If you want to impress someone this is the place .

Really enjoyed visiting. The food is slightly overpriced in and of itself but more than made up for by the experience in terms of ambience. Overall, first time going but not the last!

We were there celebrate our daughter’s graduation- the staff could not have been more attentive. I was surprised to learn a few of them were recent hires. They had a great understanding of the wine list when we had questions. The food was amazing. We keep going back as the food is always of a high standard with a great and varied wine list plus very attentive and personable staff!

As always it was fantastic. I go twice a year as a treat and I would forego other nights out to pay for this - it’s so worth it. Service is flawless - friendly and welcoming. Food is well thought out, tasty and flavourful with one course better than the last. My favourite place to eat in Dublin.

Delightful menu showcasing great ingredients. We always enjoy dining at The Saddle Room. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The wine list by the glass is well chosen. The portions are well judged so that we feel full but not stuffed. We especially enjoyed the lamb on this occasion.
