A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. We took advantage of their BYO policy and brought along some top Italian wines. Many other diners had brought excellent wines in, too. The menu had many tempting items so the 5 of us shared many dishes, both small and large. We must have tried 10 different menu items, and each one was delicious. Great food to match our great wines. Service was very, very good. We had a wonderful dining experience. We will return.

Fantastic service from waitress and great food eaten. Generous serves and perfect time frames from arriving, drinks, entree, mains, dessert. Could not fault and will return for sure.
