Das WITTHÜS im Hirschpark - aus dem ursprünglichen Bauernhaus aus dem 18 Jh. ist über die vielen Jahre hinweg eine schmucke gastronomische Herberge geworden. 1964 auf Sylt gegründet, wurde 1968 die Tür des heutigen WITTHÜS hier im Hirschpark aufgeschlossen. Seitdem wird die gastronomische Entwicklung der ehemaligen Teestube zu einer kulinarischen Insel in Hamburg – in Nachbarschaft zu anderen renommierten Restaurants an der berühmten Elbchaussee - gefördert. Das Brunch am Sonntag erfährt genauso große Beliebtheit wie die selbstgebackenen Kuchen nach hauseigenen Rezepten oder die mehrfach ausgezeichnete Küche bei romantischem Kerzenschein. Die schöne Parkterrasse ist ab Frühjahr eine beliebte Anlaufstation und lädt nach einem Spaziergang in einem der größten Englischen Gärten Hamburgs, dem Hirschpark, zum Verweilen und Erholen ein.
