- HHeatherNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMax is one the few restaurants you can really rely on to be a great meal with great service - one of our faves. Tonight was my husbands bday and they welcomed him with a bday card, served two chocolate truffles with two glasses of Prosecco and a candle, just perfect! What a special meal.More infoMax Oyster Bar - West Hartford CenterPrice: Very Expensive• American• West Hartford•4.7

I have found it only works for me if there is one person to talk to so I can focus.More infoPond House CafePrice: Moderate• Fusion / Eclectic• Hartford•4.6

Food was very good, well prepared and presented. The Scottish salmon was really good. Could have left off the Japanese mushrooms. Scallops got rave reviews. Service was very attentive and very professional. Prices are on the high side, but whose isn't these days. We'd definitely go back.More infoArtisan - West HartfordPrice: Expensive• American• Hartford•4.8

Nice menu options for them including salmon, which my grandson ordered and loved. Served in something resembling a bento box or cafeteria tray (only fancy), the kids’ meals were healthy - salad, apples, biscotti. Kids could not have been happier. Food arrived quickly, was fresh and hot. My daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and had the pad Thai. Enjoyed it. I had the salmon. Delicious!! Service was fantastic. Our server was very attentive. Everyone was welcoming and patient with the kiddos.More infoTrumbull Kitchen - HartfordPrice: Moderate• American• Hartford•4.6
