Best Vegan Restaurants in West Buechel

Went for Valentine’s Day 2025, and they have really stepped up their game. My husband and I go after work quite often, and the last year or two it had seemed like it really went down hill. Last night was the best experience we’ve had at Bristol in quite some time. The staff was dressed nicely w suspenders and for the “Casablanca” theme- but honestly it wasn’t over done or too much and we thought it was a really nice touch. Maybe they should always dress this nice! The food was great and the music was perfect. Staff was on point as well. It was a total turnaround from previous visits and I hope they can keep it going!

Paseo was a wonderful Valentine’s Day experience. From the live jazz to the exquisite dinner options, we had a memorable evening. Its being attached to the Myriad Hotel and Swim Club added to the feeling that you were on vacation, which I appreciated. We had octopus as a starter, which tasted extraordinary, and short rib and salmon for entrees. Both were plated in visually pleasing manners and tasted even better. For dessert, the cardamom and saffron flan was the perfect choice. The taste was perfectly rich and its complementary ingredients made it a flan that won’t ever be topped in my opinion. Their cocktail and wine selection is amazing, with my favorite being the espresso martini. All in all, a magnificent destination for a great many occasions.

Get a burger! We enjoyed the 80/20 burger with fries, dark meat chicken with potatoes and biscuit and gravy and a side of onion rings. Our physicians may not approve of that meal but our taste buds and bellies were happy. My husband and I like to order and share so I had a taste of everything. We both thought the burger was the star of the show but enjoyed everything very much. The chicken has a lot of breading and it was seasoned well and super crispy, the biscuit was fluffy and the gravy was well seasoned. The onion rings were well balanced with breeding and a generous portion. The only issue is that I like fries and onion rings fresh from the fryer and I think they came from under a heat lamp. The service was the very best part! As we were still placing our order the onion rings came out to the table, they have an electronic ordering system. There was so much staff working together that everything ran smoothly and quickly. Their Happy Hour can't be beat! We each had two drinks and my cocktail definitely packed a punch at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return to enjoy more of their menu and the Malt Shop attached to the restaurant.

Ramsi’s has a variety of around the world choices of meals. Each one has its own unique flavor from India, Italy, Ethiopia, Middle East and more. The vast flavor choices on the menu made us want to order one of everything! We cannot speak to all the waiters/waitresses, but Lauren was amazing! She has such an easy way of relating to customers and checks on things without inserting herself. She makes you feel like a regular even when you have never been and live so far away you might “not be this way again”. The portions are immense! We will eat for several days on what we brought home! Plus we will gladly enjoy the flavors each time!!!

Our server was super sweet and managed to be attentive but not smothering. The food was delicious. A good experience, for sure.
