I took my wife for Valentine’s Day from start to finish the experience was superb. The ambiance set the tone for the night and did not disappoint The wait staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were pleased with each course. The food was delicious will recommend this establishment to all my friends and family

We had the best table in the building!!! It was my favorite. Love everything about this place minus the small portions and pricing of certain items. 120$ lobster Mac (I get it, it’s 1.5# lobster which is pricey) and 75$ table side carbonara is plain wild. 110$ filet is literal steak house territory without any details on the filet itself. Dry aged? Wet aged? Sourced from? Anyways it’s amazing food but maybe having waiters go in depth on each of these special meals would help sway consumers.

Great ambience for dinner. We started off with the cocktails. The cocktails were refreshing and balanced. We ordered two salads , center cut filet, pork iberico , and had the butter cake with Baileys ice cream. The Chef De Cuisine came over to our table to gauge how our food was prepared. Pricing is on par with similar high-end sushi spots, making it a great value given the quality of food and overall experience. Canoe never disappoints. Beautiful setting, magnificent food, and outstanding service every time. Our server, Matt, was fantastic, pleasant, humorous, and anticipating our every need with impeccable timing. I was especially impressed with the excellent value of exceptional food in generous servings for a very fair price. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, professional in every way. Again, Canoe never disappoints and I can't wait to return.
