Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list.     This place definitely deserves a Michelin star rating. It was fabulous from the wine to the bread to the main course, Everything was perfect The staff were superb - not overwhelming but always there when we needed them and very knowledgeable. There was a violinist who was amazing. Highly recommend the place

    Our dining experience at A Land Remembered on Valentine’s Day was absolutely fabulous, from start to finish. The entire wait staff was extremely friendly, prompt and accommodating; the ambience was beautiful; and the food was truly amazing — from the bread basket to the shrimp cocktail (the shrimps were the size of baby lobsters!) to the soups to the appetizers to the main course. And a special shout-out to our server, Jeannette, who was simply wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be dining here again soon.

    Wonderful dining experience. We met the Manager, Scott who was the nicest, friendliest person who went above and beyond to make our dinner so very special. You see....we lost our precious daughter, Jenna 20 months ago. It was sudden and traumatic. The Boathouse and the Fillet Mignon sliders were here favorite. Her last birthday Orlando celebration in February 2023 was so special. We lost her suddenly in June 2023. We live on Long Island, we visit 3 to 4 times per year and T.J. has always taken care of us. Thank you to the staff at Tje Boathouse, T.J. and Scott for helping us through our grief at Jenna's favorite restaurant. You help to heal my heart! Sincerely, Jayne Hudson💜💜💜

    My experience for dinner was wonderful. Kudos to James the general manager. He was extraordinary.. our server. Alan was the best of the best I will definitely be returning.
