Best Seasonal Restaurants in Southampton

Booked a table for 2 people instead of four....they were very accommodating in giving us a table even though they were very busy. Food delicious as well as the cocktails. Lovely evening.

I cannot fault this place. Every time we go the food is amazing. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. I had the Fillet steak and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the fish and chips which he said was delicious. Enjoyed it so much we are going back tonight with our friends.

The valentines meal we ate lunch time was absolutely delicious . Each of the courses were generous portions , cooked beautifully and thoroughly enjoyed . We loved the treat of a glass of champagne too ! The staff as ever were attentive , engaging and an absolute joy to be with John was brilliant and we so enjoyed our chat with him . The atmosphere was great , the Farmhouse was warm and inviting . All in all it was great and highly recommended !

1st visit. Have been wanting to find something new. Bit confusing to get in and parked but made sense afterwards. The lack of information on arrangements can be a little off-putting. Once settled... Food was nice & staff friendly and accommodating. Starter great but a little disappointed with the sizing of my pork belly main dish. The fish & chips and pie dish were fine. Didn't get a chance to sample dessert as although it was a birthday lunch, the boys were itching to get going. I'd go back again but would say it's more of a casual place for social eating.

Really good night out. We booked on the OpenTable app and I don' t think they knew we were coming but managed to squeeze us in. We had a great table and it was a very busy night with a 30, 50, 60 and 70 birthday party in full swing. The music was low level and just about right until about 10pm and the DJ announced that it was time to party and the classic tunes went on and the dancing started. All in all a great night with reasonably decent food, especially with it being so busy. Good service and again it was very busy so good to have service even at this busy level.
