We are local to the area but not in Bright. We have been trying to get to Elm Dining for a long time but it never seems to work out. Finally we made it and we were not disappointed. We are disappointed now that it took so long! We will be back.

We booked the pre theatre option at Pure South Dining. The preset menu was amazing, beautifully presented and all courses were delicious. Their service was friendly and professional. The view over the Yarra was fabulous. We finished our meal with plenty of time to get to our theatre booking. We will return.

Ambience is amazing the way the whole restaurant layout has been done is next to none. Service was 10/10 and the food is on the pricy side but worth it. Will be coming back again to try the different options such as the chefs special menu or the sushi. Overall experience was amazing.
