- MMarkKent •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSince we moved to East Kent three years ago this was far-and-away our best dining experience. Pampered from the moment we sat at our table, we chose the à la carte option. Each dish was inventively presented and consisted in a blend of imaginative flavours. Service was impeccable throughout. We will be coming back to appreciate the outdoor dining experience in the New Year.More infoThe Fordwich Arms RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Gastro Pub• Canterbury•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerKent •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoHad an absolutely fantastic time at the Lazy Lobster for my partner’s birthday. The setting is lovely, the service excellent and the food delicious. Between the two of us, we had 3 sharing plates, two sides, bread (with delicious seaweed butter), two fried oysters, a pudding and a couple of drinks each and it came to £55 a head. We thought this was very reasonable for what is really excellent quality food. We have visited a number of Michelin star restaurants in Kent and beyond and, whilst a more relaxed/informal style of dining at the Lazy Lobster, we certainly felt that there were dishes that would compete. We particularly loved the tuna tartare, lobster and prawn noodles and chocolate panna cotta with marmalade. We’ll definitely be back to sample other plates!More infoLazy LobsterPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Whitstable•4.7

We love this place due to not only the food, but the ambience and the service is friendly.More infoFirepit Restaurant at The CavePrice: Very Expensive• Pan-Asian• Canterbury•4.7
- DDaveKent •2 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2024Great welcome, first class service, excellent food with bumper portion sizes. Brisket was truly melt in mouth and really well seasoned. Our 8 year old grandson loved it and said the presentation of the starters reminded him of Masterchef! Well worth the 80 mile round trip. Highly recommended and we will be back.More infoStreet Kings Smoke ShackPrice: Moderate• Barbecue• Whitstable•4.2
