Heard wonderful things about the service which was a little bit slow for us but it was Valentine’s Day and they had a seating at every table so that was understandable. We texted both of our parents from the table to wish them a Happy Valentine’s Day and tell them that we’ll bring them to The Pony Room the next time they’re in town. :)More infoThe Pony RoomPrice: Very Expensive• American• Rancho Santa Fe•4.8

It’s very exclusive but very beach casual which makes it so comfortable. Great service every time we go there. They don’t serve the main course until you are ready…this is such an exception to most restaurants around town that are pushing you to finish and move on. All around thumbs up!!!More infoJake's Del MarPrice: Moderate• American• Del Mar•4.8
- AAdamVIPSan Diego •61 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a lovely time; first time sitting inside, which was a great choice considering the weather was so windy and rainy. Had three apps first; Little Neck clams were fantastic, as was Baked Brie and coconut shrimp. Always eat the Brie first when it arrives at the table; as it will stay warm and melted to the end; then move on to the shrimp and clams last. Main courses of Surf and Turf plus a NY steak were also great. This was a tremendous 25th anniversary dinner.More infoPoseidonPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Del Mar•4.8
