Best Seasonal Restaurants in South Charlotte

The hostess staff was very friendly and sat us promptly. Our server was Sidney and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pull-apart bread was delicious and the wagyu meatballs were great. We had the Caesar and dell salads. Both were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the 16 oz prime ribeyes. Flavor was great but my “medium” came out mostly medium rare. I couldn’t really eat it. Manager comped dessert for us but never came to the table. Was very disappointed that such a premiere steakhouse couldn’t get my steak temp right. $60 steaks should be perfect every time. OMG the service, food, and ambience was Outstanding!!! Addisyn our waitress was Phenomenal, polite, and made us feel so Special. She was very attentive to us as guests and a she possessed such a welcoming beautiful aurora. She made our experience one to remember. The manager came to our table as well and also provided additional courtesies that I have never experienced. The food was delicious! I will be returning and can only hope the service is consistent with the other waitresses & waiters. Addisyn has set the bar very high for how customers should be treated.

Roosters is consistently great. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and the menu has something for everyone. With quality wine & unique cocktails, the bar area has a cool view of the kitchen & a laid back vibe. They offer outstanding sides; the potatoes au gratin are a must, but you should pick several options to share with the table! The salads are always fresh & dressed to perfection. I personally think they serve the best scallops in Charlotte, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

We had one of the most wonderful dinner experiences last night celebrating our granddaughters birth. The staff could not have been more attentive. The Regional Director Michael came by and talked to us to check on us and upon learning we just had a grand baby shared his happiness for us. We ordered take out meals for our daughter and son in law and every staff member signed a beautiful congratulations card to them and included it in their order. So sweet and thoughtful. Our three course prime rib dinner was delicious. Every course provided a larger portion than expected and with perfect cooked prime rib and sides. This company cares how you are treated and want you to feel good about dining at their restaurants. They exceeded all our expectations and it was Valentine’s Day as well. At least four team members checked on us and other diners throughout our dinner. Well done South Park Firebirds Team! We will be back every time we visit our new grand baby. Our second time dining at BAR ONE on Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed the Burrata and Cauliflower starters! We 💜 the cauliflower, so unique! We shared the lasagna, which we will definitely order again, as the leftovers were just as good! Cocktails and a bottle of wine to celebrate! We will be back soon with some friends to share one of our favorite spots in Charlotte!
