Best Date Night Restaurants in Christiansburg

Our server was awesome! Quick and reliable. And remembered everyone’s order without writing anything down. Thats impressive when you’re serving a table of 14.

The food and atmosphere are always great. You can always count on a number of menu items and there are always 1 or 2 new things to try every few months. Fortunato is our favorite Italian Restaurant in Roanoke and is part of our dining rotation (which means we are there 5 or 6 times a year). We are never disappointed, especially when Trevor is our waiter. We always order the bread service and flip between the Frito Misto (Calamari) and the Burratta for appetizers. My wife tried their new swordfish dish which was excellent, I had the Risotto and our grown son had the Tagliatelle Bolognese. We also had some great cocktails but skipped dessert.

The food was outstanding! The veal stroganoff was so tender and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Would definitely go back. The house itself could use some tender loving care, though.

Our server set the tone for the night and was like part of the family by the end of the evening The venue was perfect and the food excellent My sister in law had the wedge with chicken and said it was the best salad she ever had. Everyone’s meal was delicious and we enjoyed the apple cheesecake to finish the night

This is a fun, funky place. The drinks were amazing and the food is really good. It was a little loud, and I know I’m showing my age when I write it. I’d go here again in a heartbeat.
