Situated on level 33 of The Shard, Hutong at The Shard serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China and is based on the much-loved restaurant of the same name in Hong Kong. Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old brothel, we take the best meat in the country from the award winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.
