Best Date Night Restaurants in Newbury Park

Minoa is a delightful restaurant with a warm and inviting ambiance, where soft lighting and tasteful decor create a perfect setting for any occasion. The food is exceptional, with every dish bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that showcase culinary expertise. A truly fantastic dining experience!

Food overall was good. The Welsh rarebit for starters was good as was the roast for mains, although it could have more gravy, which wasn’t a problem when we asked for more. Service and attention to detail could be better. They forgot two of our starters which they apologised and deducted our starters from the bill. Water carafe and wine was neglected, which should be automatically topped up. Plus I asked for the heating to be turned on otherwise we would’ve kept our coats on. If they can refine those small details, then it would deserve 5 stars.

We had a lovely Sunday roast meal to celebrate my mum‘s birthday. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We will definitely go back. 

Great food a bit pricy but it was delicious. This was our second time but this time I decided to order a dessert which tasted nice but it didn’t look nothing like what was advertised on social media. I ordered cigar which didn’t even look like one it was literally a chocolate roll with no Oreo crumbs £11 for that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise everything was good.

Lovely experience, food was good. Service was mostly great aside from the fact that our order "didn't go through" so we waited longer for our food than we should have. But aside from that, the overall experience was nice.
