Best Organic Food Restaurants in Wheathampstead

Thoroughly enjoyable! We had the two course set menu for about £20. Plenty of choice. I had the Spiced Lamb Flatbread which was delicious followed by the Plum Crumble with Ice Cream. The hazelnuts in the crumble mix were lovely!

Lovely time with parents, staff were all lovely . Loved the oval time which meant we all could talk comfortably. Food was very good but portions of veg very small unless you like red cabbage x

A great evening at KARV. We booked for my husband's birthday and happy to say it was absolutely worth the hour + drive. A nice intimate restaurant, tables a good distance away. The service from staff was spot on. They were attentive without being over bearing. We ordered both tacos and the marrow and the were delicious. The flavours of the tacos were nice and the slaw and sauces complemented the meats. The marrow was (if I may say) sublime! The combinations of flavours was just an explosion in the mouth and perfect with the toast! We ordered the platter for 4 which was a perfect size. Both steak were perfectly cooked/seasoned, the mash melted in the mouth, chips were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. The chicken wings were nicely spiced with a tangy undertone. The chicken was a nice size and tasted nice and had a lovely charred taste, All in all I would definitely be back and would recommend it.

Service and food very good. Pleased we chose to eat there.

Great - we booked at table to watch the football on Sunday afternoon and the staff were friendly and food was tasty.
