From the moment we walked in until the time we left the staff and service was fantastic, the selection of food was great and the cuts of meat were delicious and tender, myself and my wife will most definitely be back and will highly recommend you try El Santo at least once

Second visit here did not disappoint. We had the set meal Sunday Roast and it was fantastic. The meat was soft and succulent and all the sides were perfect, felt like a real meal from home. The wine is great value, exceptional for Glasgow, and the Deserts finished the meal off perfectly. Lovely atmosphere and surroundings, we love the Scottish theme. A quick shout out to the friendly and competent staff who were on point with everything. We will be back soon, Many Thanks.

First time visitor . Booked roof top terrace weeks in advance , knowing it was taking a chance in November. Right enough snow storm hit day of our visit . Staff phoned to make us aware of weather and moved our booking inside ,few hours later another call from staff to say grassmarket had a power cut and phoned again when electricity was back on … visited had a great night ( only drinks didn’t order food) … all made possible by the great communication by the staff … will def visit again

Was really impressed with our experience, we were running a little bit late due to road works but phoned up and they were so lovely and made sure our table would be okay, once we got in the communication about allergies was good and we were provided the separate allergen to keep us right, the food came out so quickly and was incredible, the portion sizes for the price is unbelievable, and the staff were constantly checking up on us. Overall a really good experience and I plan on returning soon

Fantastic as always. The food is incredible, the music is great. Can't complain, will keep coming back.
