We are open for our full a la carte restaurant service from Monday to Saturday each week with tables from 18:00 until 20:30. We are closed for dinner on Sunday, but the bar is open. We offer lunches daily and our wonderful Sunday lunch has tables from 12:00 until 16:00.     Very nice pub with nice environment and good food and nice beers. Unfortunately later in the evening the heating went off and it got quite chilly and draughty in the pub which spoilt the evening.

    We had the roast today and cauliflower cheese was recommended by our waitress and it’s just as good as she said! Cheesy with a breadcrumb crust! My son has the kids veggie curry and it was delicious, great addition to a kids menu that normally consists of air fried/freezer food elsewhere….. they also do half sized roasts on Sundays for kids too! House Red was lovely, portion sizes were good, service was quick, genuine and effortless. The staff seemed to really enjoy being there. Definitely recommend!

    As usual, the food was really nice at the Butchers. The beer battered fish and chips was very nice indeed. The service was good and not at all pushy. A nice evening out.
