Welcome to the Cliff Hotel in Gorleston-On Sea, a hotel and restaurant with unrivalled views of the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. The Cliff Hotel dates back to 1890 when the original hotel was opened, in 1915 the building was ravaged by fire and demolished. The old staff accommodation was renovated into a new hotel, the building that we currently occupy today. We have a vast selection of dining options from our relaxed art-deco inspired MUSE restaurant, our vibrant bar dining area or one of the biggest outside dining terraces in Norfolk. Wherever you decide to eat our menus will give you a huge variety of choice from fresh fish to steaks and grills. Alternatively we have lighter snacks and a range of classic dishes to delight all tastes. Why not join us for a traditional Sunday roast or a quintessentially British afternoon tea? Our food is prepared in our kitchens to ensure the best quality and taste reaches your table. We look forward to welcoming you.

A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Our dining room has limited space and we don’t offer high chairs, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pram or need to adjust your booking size. Here's when we're open, so you can find what you're looking for:Weekdays: Bar 3-11pmKitchen 6-10pmWeekends: Bar 12-11pm (10pm Sunday’s)Kitchen 1-5pmKitchen is closed on Men’s Arsenal home games.

REALLY ENJOYED everything about Bistro Freddie. Nice greeting on arrival Beautiful setup inside the restaurant - White table cloths always a good sign. Great server who was very mindful of myself and partner… and didn’t rush us or push us into extras Wine not insanely expensive. Food - BEAUTIFUL. Bill - Well I didn’t begrudge it at all - so that’s good Overal. A splendid Monday evening.

A lovely afternoon tea spent with my sister to celebrate our birthdays. Staff went above and beyond and even bought out a small cake with a lit candle, this was a lovely touch and was very sweet of them. The food was all so delicious as well as the tea. Pleased we decided on coming here and will definitely return on other occasions. Thankyou to all the staff who looked after us!

I visited Dune with my father and my grandson for Sunday lunch. We all had a very enjoyable meal. It was good to get extra gravy without having to ask. The portions were good and included several vegetables. My 4 year old grandson was also very well catered for. The staff were all very good. We will certainly visit again.
