Excellent food and service , the steak was delicious.

We love Coin. We had our first date here and have returned for our anniversary each year. The complimentary glass of fizz on arrival was a lovely, and appreciated touch. Coin is proof that if you focus on high-quality ingredients, treated with care, that there really is beauty in the simplest of dishes. The fondu is a fabulous thing on a chilly Sunday, the roast potatoes are all the things they should be - hot, crispy, salted with that mealy interior - there is a lesson here for a certain English bistro in Paris. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The orange wine selection was great to see and try, it's definitely something we'll be having more of thanks to this introduction. It's all just a bit good, and part of me doesn't want to share it with everyone else, but that would just be selfish and unfair on the good folk at Coin who are doing such a fine job.

Driven past this place many times - thinking it to be a simple pub and farm shop - how wrong was I? The service, attention to detail and the quality of food all surpassed expectation. Everything excellent and is now likely to be a regular place to eat. Could not fault anything, especially food quality! Well done to all the staff, the chefs, the owners - terrific!!

we arrived it was very busy so had to wait not for long to be shown to our table a lovely welcome our drinks order was taken promptly Even though it was busy our food order was taken quickly It was a new menu so think thats why it was busy had had to wait a while for our food but pleasant surroundings so no problem was worth the wait i had the lamb it just melted in the mouth lovely fresh veg it was delicious my sister had the salmon and said it was delicious the flavours adn the salmon cooked perfect and the pasta very tasty
