- EElaineEdinburgh/Midlothian •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our second time in the restaurant and did not disappoint. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere The staff are lovely and there’s no sense of rush. You are made to feel very welcome..The only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the TV screen showing football games distracted our football mad family from entering into any other conversation! This is not a criticism of the restaurant as I knew what to expect before we went.We will be back.More infoSkyline RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Scottish• Edinburgh•4.8
- SSusanLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on 16 Nov 2024This is not a cheap option for lunch, but for a special occasion or treat, it is one of my favourite places in Edinburgh. The food, service and ambience are consistently exceptional. Definitely need to book in advance. The phone was busy all lunchtime with people looking for a table that night but they were fully booked.More infoCafé St HonoréPrice: Very Expensive• French• New Town•4.6
- TTriciaEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined on 6 Nov 2024We had booked afternoon tea but their pastry oven had suddenly broken down so we were told in advance and decided to do lunch instead. On arrival we were greeted by Enrique who took us to a table with a beautiful view of Edinburgh and two complimentary glasses of fizz as an apology for not being able to provide the afternoon tea which was a nice touch. Our lunch was lovely and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious with a decent dollop of ice cream too. We ordered the house champagne which was lovely. A lovely atmosphere and equally lovely attentive staff. I would recommend it and the afternoon tea as we have experienced it before.More infoTwenty Princes StreetPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• New Town•4.6
