The Swan in Chiswick dates back to 1871 but we are positively new occupants having only arrived in 2002.We strive to keep the pub very much a pub while offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu that’s won many followers over the years.We have a cosy fire for the winter and a wonderful garden for the summer – it truly feels like a hidden gem and well worth a visit.Hopefully you can find everything you need to know here on the website but we’d much rather welcome you in person! Please feel free to get in touch – bookings are advisable for dining in the evening or weekend lunches – or just drop by for an early evening drink whenever you fancy. We hope to see you soon.

The Britannia is Richmonds leading independent restaurant and bar.     Food was great, but the staff made the experience 1000% better. I interacted with multiple waiters and all of them were so kind and attentive. I went there for my birthday alone and they were so amazing. I had a birthday card waiting for me when I got there, got a complimentary drink and they put a candle on my dessert. I didn't feel lonely at my dinner and I was also sitting at the counter so it was interesting looking into the kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't been before.

    My friends enjoyed their roast lunches and I enjoyed my roast squash and lentils salad. Very nice relaxed ambiance and good table service in the restaurant.

    We had an amazing meal on Saturday night in the restaurant area and enjoyed a drink at the bar after. All three courses were delicious, well presented and fresh. The service was flawless - we were met with smiles from every member of staff we encountered. The vibe of the Princess Royal was the exact thing we were after for a festive celebration. Would 100% come back again and recommend to friends! Thank you ☺️
