We are a Italian restaurant situated in Mellieha. Since Mellieha is a small town which derives its name from the Arabic word for salt, we don’t think we could have found a more fitting area. The quaint town is an ideal location for a variety of reasons – no less for its tourist attractions. And what’s better than a cosy environment accompanied by food of outstanding value after a day at the beach? Not to toot our own horn, but our answer would be: not much. Staying true to our typical Italian demeanor, we always provide a service with a smile. Excellent food and service apart from one server who was a little terse. Ambience was good considering this is basically an outside venue which is covered during the winter months. Very good seafood and some other dishes if fish is not your thing. Expensive but worth it. Try the Friti Misto; it's delicious.

Lovely little bistro in Valletta. Booking in advance is advisable as there only appeared to be a limited number of covers. Little tables for two were very small but the booths for 4 appeared to provide more room. Food was good - not fantastic but ok. Service was excellent.

Had a unique experience nestled in a private corner yet not closed. Amazing staff good food great ambience. Perfect Valentine's dinner atmosphere. Will surely return back and recommend Water Biscuit Restaurant.
