- CCHRISTOPHERDurham/County Durham •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had the 3 course market lunch which was superb, good value and in lovely surroundings. We have been here several times before and will undoubtedly go again. When the food at most British pubs seems to consist of burgers or reheated ready meals, it is a refreshing change to enjoy some proper cooking of fresh food at a reasonable price.More infoThe Duncombe ArmsPrice: Expensive• British• Ashbourne•4.6
- AAndrewDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I stayed at the hotel and we had a 3 course meal on the Saturday evening and a 3 course Sunday lunch the following day in the Dovecote restaurant and they were both exceptional. We had a wonderful dinning experience and the staff were superb. It wasn’t cheap to eat at the Dovecote but you are paying for the quality and experience so if you fancy a treat i would highly recommend.More infoThe Dovecote RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• European• Derby•4.8
- DDavidLondon •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad the 9 course taster menu. Each course was excellent, although it was funny that dashi featured in the first three courses. It didn’t matter and we would have gladly drunk gallons. The only picky point was that I told them I am gluten intolerant on the booking and when we arrived, but still got given multiple courses with gluten ingredients. If I had assumed that they were correct, it could have been messy.More infoDarleys RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Derby•4.5
- JJakeDerbyshire •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMe and my partner had the valentines sharing platter, it was very nice- i would highly recommend. the platter was £50 which wasnt a bad price but we had a millionares pot for dessert and it was £9! You barely get a lot and in my opinion that was the only downside. However i would go again as it had a very friendly atmosphere.More infoCompamigosPrice: Expensive• British• Derby•4.2
