- TTeresaEssex •136 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoDelicious home-cooked food and in a very nice setting. Great to have a big car park. Disappointed that the bottle of Dry River Shiraz red wine from S.E. Australia that we ordered was only 11% proof. There were no percentages shown on the wine list. We would possibly have had a more expensive wine which was a higher per cent proof if we had known. Beautiful Christmas tree outside.More infoThe Rabbits PubPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Abridge•4.4
- KKarenLondon •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI have visited about 7 times now and it never disappoints. The food is always excellent. I have had a range of pasta and fish and desert and its all been delicious every time. Compliments to the chef! The staff are very friendly. I went with a group of friends on a Saturday for lunch and it was quite noisy but we still had a fab time. Looking forward to going back.More infoLot Bar & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• Brentwood•4.7
- BBenLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFirst time here after knowing and hearing about Smiths for a long time. It was a business lunch and my client loves seafood so seemed appropriate. My guest said the halibut was very good and tasted unbelievably fresh. It’s also nice to see a meat/fish restaurant have a comprehensive veg/vegan menu and a bonus was the food was really good. The tempura cauliflower and goan curry were superb and I will 100% be coming back. It was really busy which meant a nice atmosphere and the staff were extremely attentive.More infoSmiths Restaurant OngarPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Ongar•4.8
- GGillianDevon •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThoroughly enjoyed our lunch to celebrate cousin Clares 70th birthday. My start of portobello mushrooms was fabulous. We had to have a dessert and they didn't disappoint. The new decor is classy and the Christmas's decor beautiful. Cosy atmosphere. Would love to know the brand of non alcoholic white sauvignon wine. It was so refreshing. Wish all a successful Christmas season. Must bring daughter next year.More infoThe New BoarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Romford•4.5
