The reservation was simple to arrange, and the staff was exceedingly helpful in addressing our unique needs. The overall ambiance was excellent, and the cuisine more than met my expectations. We tried the house recommendations, and if you go to the restaurant, you should too. This is a must-try if you're searching for a great, intimate dinner place.

Out first time to Gibson’s. Was greeted right away and with our reservation we were seated immediately with the patrons in front of us having a walk in 2 hr wait. Our waiter was AMAZING- apparently he is called the “Legend of Rosemont”. He was attentive, professional and went along with multiple husbands humor. We both ordered the different sized filets and were cooked to perfection! The Crème Brûlée was perfect! Overall a great first experience at Gibson’s!

I’d been looking forward to having a dinner here. I got a flyer promoting a 3 course meal for seniors at a fixed price. I got some of my friends together and we all wanted to try it. Some had the filet, one the salmon and 1 the pork chop. We all enjoyed our entrees, and the sides. One filet was too salty but they replaced it right away. Two had the creamy spinach, they were both cold but again taken care of right away. We had a round table near the entrance of the kitchen which was very noisy and there was not a lot of lighting. We all had to use our phone lights to read the menu. All in all we all enjoyed our dinners and would try it again.

Well we had such a great experience w our older son for his birthday my younger son HAD to go here for his! And just when you think something can’t get better they nailed it again! Service, food, ambiance, the little things, personal touches. They do it all! Can’t say enough positive things! Don’t think twice, just go! You won’t regret it! Than you
