We all had seafood that was cooked beautifully. You must try the Orange Roughy it was outstanding. I love Orange Roughy and not too many restaurants have it on the menu. My son had it with the Etouffe and I had it served blackened and grilled. We also enjoyed our sauteed spinach and asparagus sides. The problem I have now is that I loved these dishes so much I'll be going back and probably ordering the same thing! And then I won't be sampling anything else since I so enjoyed that. We started early at the bar and had some very well made cocktails. As we transitioned to dinner, we were placed at a nice quiet table where we were able to talk without yelling. Our server was very attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. The food was fabulous. I had the oysters, crab claw, and the filet flight. My meat was well prepared at Medium rare and seasoned to perfection. All-in-all it was a great meal and great dinner with colleagues. We've determined over the last few years that it is the best prepared steak of anyplace we have ever been to and my wife equally loves the lobster. The staff is phenomenal and the ambiance is exceptional.
