We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. We strive to replicate the culinary experiences that we find when we visit the Amalfi Coast. Our hometown, Vico Equense, is referred to as the “Gateway to the Amalfi Coast” and the "Food Capital of Italy".     Celebrated my fiancés birthday last night at One10 and it was incredible! We had Ashley and Anthony as our serves are they were both great. Ashley's ability to explain every special with such detail and bubbly energy is extremely impressive, didn't feel like she was regurgitating the information. She also gives great drink recommendations! Anthony continuously checked in on us to see if we needed anything. They were a perfect pair to have as servers! Drinks and food were incredible. Usually we get nervous when restaurants make you place your whole order at once but everything was paced out perfectly. We can't wait to come back again.

    What a pleasant surprise. We went for the music and were pleasantly surprised by the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The only thing better was the service. A young gentleman was our waiter and he went above and beyond throughtot the meal. We will definitely go back
