- MMichelleGreater Boston •11 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOur group of 4 started with the seasonal board which was delicious but did not come with enough toast. We were able to order more for an up charge. The burgers and sandwiches were huge and impossible to finish but were so good. Our waitress was attentive throughout. I would eat here again if I was in the area.More infoSalt + StonePrice: Expensive• American• Somerville•4.4
- PPatrickvipGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Nov 2024This is my 4th time to Mare and it never disappoints. I have been there for my anniversary, night out with my wife, and business and it is a perfect location for any occasion. There are so many restaurants in the NEnd and it can be hard to standout but Mare is unique from all the other N.End Italian restaurants. Seafood centric but not just, it has something for everyone. It isn't your checkered cloth, red sauce, restaurant so if that's what you want you will find a couple dozen other spots that would fit the bill down the street. But if you are looking for some of the best seafood fused with Italian cuisine, great drinks, a broad wine list across multiple price points, cool vibes, and intimate dining experience with terrific staff then this is your place. I highly recommendMore infoMarePrice: Expensive• Italian• North End•4.7
