They just ace the art of preparing hummus and offer a wide range of vegan or vegetarian options. Every other dish is tasty and service from all hosts especially from the tall guy with glasses is always top notch. Open concept kitchen makes it fun to like watch chefs and sous chefs cooking and if you happen to get a window side table then looking outside while having delicious food is equally enjoyable.
