We had an amazing experience dining at The Polo Grill. The food was great, the ambiance was amazing due to the table we were sitting at. Als in all a very exceptional experience.

The food and experience are always excellent. I especially like the fact that Mark Bruner plays. I definitely go there more often. Now that Mark Bruner is there.

excellent food and service...very consistent as I've been here at least a dozen times on business, and this was my first family outing here. The only issue I had was I made a reservation for a table and when I arrived, I was being seated in the bar area right by the entrance and this is not a table that should be used for dinner guest. It did seem to put them out a bit but once this was resolved the meal was amazing and the service was amazing. I even apologized for asking for another table as I tried to be as professional and polite as possible.

Our steak was ordered medium well and came barely medium and wasn’t hot along with the asparagus. We’ve dined there many times. Always good but not tonight. Expect more for what we paid.

This was an “off” day for the Polo Grill. This is typically a very consistently good experience especially with locals. Drink service was very slow and one entree had to be send back as was inedible. They were nice and solicitous and took it off the bill..

We enjoyed our first time at Polo grill. I just feel the TV in the dining area takes away of the elegant ambiance. The food was very good! Service was also very good.
