   Our final evening in Cancun was the icing on the cake of our vacation!!!! Kevin and Daniel made the experience exceptional. The food, the drinks, the experience, the music, the mariachi, and the view make this place top notch!!! Don’t miss this dining experience!!!

   We dined on day 3 after the restaurant opened after it was re-modeled. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. However, it appeared that the staff was a bit overwhelmed. The seating took almost 30 minutes and we were led from one end of the restaurant to another in search of a table (even though there were only 2 of us). In the meantime, there was a huge crowd waiting. The cocktails were superb and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a noisy yet festive atmosphere. If you save room for desert, definitely try the churros!

   We went here for Christmas dinner while in Cancun per recommendation of a shuttle driver. We were incredibly disappointed. First, it was so loud it was hard to hear ourselves talk at our table. Then the service could not have been slower. They didn’t pay attention to us at all, perhaps because we were not ordering the most expensive items on the menu. Even after we flagged down people and asked for things it took forever to get them. The manager, I think even came by and apologized and still no change. The food was average at best. The drinks were really expensive and just OK. The view was nice And it was hip and lively if you’re looking for that.  They did comp the dessert and apologize at the end, but it was a little bit too late at that point. I would not return.

   Todo excelente y la comida llegó rápida y en forma. El mesero muy atento a la mesa y muy buen ambiente. El único detalle es que aún con reservación, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos parado. Los demás todo excelente! ✅👍🏽

   Totalmente diferente el cambio del porfirios que era “icono” en Cancún al nuevo cambio después de su reapertura. Lamentablemente nos tocó vivir una experiencia por debajo del promedio de los restaurantes que suelen ser pilares de grupo Anderson. Servicio lento, olvidos en la orden, mala selección de mesa, sin aire acondicionado………. Lo mejor la comida, sin lugar a duda clave. Lamentablemente no regresaremos, mala experiencia en una fecha importante. Más que remodelar el lugar es garantizar el servicio , la buena distribución de mesas y saber si realmente está cómodo el cliente. Gracias por todo Porfirios, adiós!

    An amazing Christmas Eve experience! The staff, led by Starsky, yes Starsky, no Hutch were attentive and amazing. The food was impeccable and the ambiance perfect. An upbeat DJ kept the spirit high and price point was dead on. It was truly a highlight of our trip. Mariachi band even showed up for a performance. Drinks at bar after topped off the night! Thank you to all involved.
