Worst dining experience ever. I’ve eaten here several times over the last 15 years & never had a bad experience like this. Food was cold when it came a hour late then was charged twice for the meal only to say it was comped. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

The food was amazing and our waitress Ombreta was very kind and attentive! The entire staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our dinner.

I haven't been to this "prime" restaurant before, so we decided to go and try the Miami Spice menu, and the food was average at best. I'm assuming like other places; they are having a hard time hiring good staff, so the service was poor, which is unexpected for a place with this price tag!. Bottom line, there are plenty of Italian restaurants in Miami where the water is not $35 with much better food. There is chance this was an off night for them, but unfortunately this was our experience.

We went specifically for Miami Spice. The menu offered a great selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Our meals were delicious. The service was amazing. The drinks were expensive and the side order of one meatball was very pricey. Overall, it was great, but turned out to be much more expensive than we had expected.

The food was phenomenal, every portion was large. I went there for dinner with my son, we were immediately impressed by the cheesy garlic bread everyone gets for the table. I highly recommend trying their signature 1 pound meatball. Great service all the staff are really attentive.
