   We went for the new years eve dinner. It was a simple 3 course meal. It was valued at $100 per person, and it included "entertainment." I don't think I received value for my money. I didn't like that towards the end they were rushing people out of the place. They took the chairs, they brought the desserts when we were still eating the main course and they gave us they overcharged us. They "forgot" to remove the $50 I paid ahead of time when I did the reservation. In addition to that, they added a 8.5% service fee. I complained about the extra $50 and they removed the charge and when I was paying the waitress had already marked a 25% tip (I changed it). I usually tip well, but I was disappointed at the service.

   Good food and good athmosphere. We were a party of six and all enjoyed their meal.

   Reservations were made and hostess constantly forgot about the two of us. We didn't get seated until 45 mins after our time. Prices are super high which was expected but would have liked to have the food at least edible. The filet was overcooked and vegetables unchewable. The dab of garlic mashed was just that..a dab and the only good part of the meal. Server suggested an adult beverage that was just NOT GOOD tasting like Grape Juice when I told him I had a taste for a spicy margarita. He never came back to our table until he wanted our money. Never asked why the drink still sat untouched. Did not fill our water glasses. A different person delivered our food. To top it off he hovered with the check wanting the tip added to the automatic machine...when I told him to zero it out and I would be tipping in cash all of a sudden we couldn't be rid of him The second we got up he went for the tip, undeserved but being Holiday season we left 18%. He literally JUMPED on the $20 bill. We won't go back. We don't mind paying but should get edible food and good service.

   We ordered the Chicken Fettuccine, wings, fries, street tacos and captain crunch cake dessert. Everything was tasty except the tortilla on the tacos; they were cold and hard, I was expecting a soft taco.

   Service was terrible. The server insisted on taking entree orders at the same time as our appetizer order. My wife and I explained that we would be splitting a salad and an entree. The server said that she would split our items onto plates for each item. She asked if we would like the salad before the entree, and I said yes, but after the starters. After a lengthy delay, the entrees were delivered prior to the appetizers, followed by our salad. Our entree had been served on two plates, but the salad was not split. The server proceeded to explain that our entire order was presented to her at the same time and attempted to apologize. I made it clear that we were completely disappointed with the circumstances. We then canceled the appetizers before they were delivered to our table. After all the screw ups, the server never offered an apology. Fortunately for the server, the other couple in our party insisted that they pay for dinner. Otherwise I, someone that normally tips in the 25-30% range, would not have left a gratuity.

   Overall ok. Was sat and not greeted by server until at least 15 min. No drinks nothing. Once server came out things were ok u tip food came. Had a hair in the chicken dish and lobster Mac was lukewarm. The smoke house burger had a plastic piece embedded inside patty. So maybe just n off Xmas night. Idk food was good over all outside of above.

    Food was disappointing. King salmon tasted unwashed and plain, the veggies that came with it were very oily, and the mashed potatoes tasted as if they came out of a can. Would not reccomend. The side of fries were very salty and greasy, and the chicken Alfredo had undercooked chicken. Thought this place would be good but not at all.
