The service was horrendous. About 40 minutes between times the server would come to the table. The food and drinks were incredibly slow. For apps and food took 3 and half hours. Steak was overcooked and food did not come out all together.

Food was very spicy and waitress only came around a few times and took a long time when she did come. Music was extremely loud but good music.

Poor service, over priced drinks, mediocre food, very cold inside. You have to wear your jackets inside, because they keep it very cold. They leave all available doors to outside open. There are no heat lamps or heaters inside. Be ready to be very uncomfortable with the inside temps. It appeared the server/waiter was overwhelmed with a party 9. Extended wait time for drinks, 20-30 minutes after ordering.

All the dinner plates arrived cold. Appetizers were fine. Drinks were good. There was a bit of wait for dinner. Then everything arrived cold. Cold mash potatoes. Cold Mac and cheese. Steak had no sizzle. Cold pasta. Waiter was apologetic, and generously discounted our meals. But then the check arrived and there was a 3% service fee? "Added to every check for rising costs". I did not see the notice of this fee on the menu, but then again why would be looking for it. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

We got there at 3pm. There was no need for reservation. We were the only people there. The ambience is wonderful. The prices were shocking as always nowadays, but a little less so due to happy hour. I had the sliders and truffle fries, they were delicious.Service was wonderful. The entire staff was happy and attentive. The place is clean. Overall it was a lovely experience.
