It was a nice Thanksgiving atmosphere, maybe a bit noisy, but decorations were tasteful and pretty. Our server, Nichole, was excellent. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated promptly and didn’t see anyone waiting long for their table. Our salads, at $9, were pricy for a bit of lettuce and a few veggies. We both ordered the Feast, a combination of ham and turkey, with potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and cranberries. The food was average but not quite warm enough.

The food was excellent. Probably the best turkey and ham I've eaten anywhere. Ample portions. Delicious pumpkin pie and creme brulee for dessert. The ambience was cozy. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly. We were seated on time. Reasonable prices for what we ordered. Nice presentation of the food as well. We will definitely eat here again! An enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner experience. Better than most other places that I've eaten at for Thanksgiving.

Food is consistently good. I had a very tasty creole type dish called The Bayou, that had shrimp, salmon, scallops, white fish with bell peppers on a bed of red pepper roasted rice - delicious!

First, finding the restaurant was interesting, as the navigation directed everyone to the wrong public parking area, a street or two over. There was no mention online or elsewhere that, to reach the building, you would park in a public area that looks like it is in the back of businesses (street or lot), and then you'll need to cross some train tracks. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to mention it somewhere so it wouldn't confuse everyone. No one was sure where to go, as it was our first time, but I digress. The restaurant is within a lovely historical building, but you must enter the "museum" entrance to reach the restaurant's entrance, which was also a bit confusing. The ambiance and atmosphere were very nice; it was a quiet setting (7-8P on a weekend) and nicely decorated for the holidays. Service was fair; the back waiters removed things quickly, though it didn't seem to be for the purpose of encouraging turnover, as the place did not fill while we were there. The food just wasn't what I expected. We regularly have good dinners at home, so instead of ordering things we regularly make (meatloaf, pot roast, mashed potatoes, chicken, burgers, etc.), we ordered steaks (not medallions). Unfortunately, they had no char and no flavor. There was no au jus or other accompaniments, just plain, flavorless meat. We added grilled onions and grilled mushrooms, but neither improved the experience. The onions were under-done, perhaps sauteed, and not even caramelized. The three pieces of asparagus our steaks came with were overcooked. Maybe it was what I ordered; Maybe it was an "off night." The whole dinner just seemed somewhat overpriced for the value, and at the same time, it didn't reflect what you would expect in a pretty space such as this. Honestly, I probably won't go back, but if I do, I would try some of the "comfort"-style meals they offer instead and avoid the steaks.

Food was ok, nothing special. Asparagus ends were coarse. Crispy duck was fine but nothing special. Only thing on the plate was duck and asparagus on a plain plate…. Not very appetizing. Come on, can’t you at least put a slice of orange or parsley sprig on it? Beautiful building, acceptable meal. Sure not rushing back, if ever.
